The main factors affecting the use of bearings refer to whether installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair meet technical requirements. According to the technical requirements for installation, use, maintenance, and upkeep of INA imported bearings, monitor and inspect the load, speed, working temperature, vibration, noise, and lubrication conditions of INA imported bearings in operation. If any abnormalities are found, immediately identify the cause and make adjustments to restore them to normal. Installation conditions are one of the primary factors in the use of bearings. Improper installation often leads to changes in the stress state between the various parts of the entire bearing. The internal factors that determine the quality of bearings include structural design, manufacturing process, and material quality, which can lead to abnormal operation and early end of service life.

1. Selection of bearing clearance: When users purchase bearings, they usually only inform them of the model and grade, and rarely put forward requirements for bearing clearance. Business personnel must inquire about the usage conditions of INA imported bearings, and the speed, temperature, and fit tolerance of INA imported bearings are directly related to the selection of bearing clearance. Generally, motors with speeds below 3500 rpm use CM clearance, while high-temperature high-speed motors require relatively large clearance. After assembly, the bearing clearance will decrease due to the increase of the inner hole and the decrease of the outer circle. The decrease in clearance=interference amount × 60% (except for bearing chambers made of aluminum). For example, if the clearance before bearing assembly is 0.01mm and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, the clearance after bearing assembly is 0.004mm. In theory, the noise and lifespan of bearings reach their optimal state at zero clearance, but in practical operation, considering issues such as temperature rise, it is better for bearings to have a clearance of 0.002mm to 0.004mm after assembly.
2. Selection of grease: The selection of grease is generally based on the speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements, and starting torque of INA imported bearings, and requires business personnel to have a good understanding of the performance of various greases.
3. Selection of bearing model: The bearing model is generally selected by the user's technical personnel based on the usage conditions and load bearing capacity of the supporting products for INA imported bearings. The business personnel mainly understand whether the actual load of the user matches the selected bearing. If the cylindrical roller bearing cannot meet the usage requirements, they should advise the customer to choose a different model as soon as possible, but unless there are special products, there will generally be no problems in selecting the model.
4. Selection of bearing sealing type: The lubrication of INA imported bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and lubricating grease. Oil lubricated bearings generally use formal bearings, while grease lubricated INA imported bearings generally use dust covers or rubber seals for sealing. Dust covers are suitable for areas with high temperatures or good usage environments. There are two types of seals: contact seals and non-contact seals. Contact seals have good dust prevention performance but high starting torque, while non contact seals have low starting torque, but their sealing performance is not as good as contact seals.
Disassembly of bearings: INA imported bearings are installed at the root of the steering knuckle shaft, which is difficult to remove and mainly inconvenient to operate. Special pullers can be used, making it easy to remove. Insert the conical inner circle puller sleeves on both halves of the puller onto the inner bearing, and tighten the fastening bolts,

Special pullers can be used, making it easy to remove. Insert the conical inner circular sleeve of the puller on the inner bearing, tighten the fastening bolts, and then use the sleeve ring to cover the sleeve so that it cannot be opened. Then, rotate the handle to make the top of the screw point at the center hole of the steering knuckle end. Continue to rotate the handle clockwise to pull out the inner bearing.
Using old steel plate springs for disassembly: Cut two holes slightly larger than the diameter of the tire nut with oxygen cutting on the old steel plate spring of appropriate length according to the center distance of the tire nut. Face the concave surface of the steel plate spring outward, and screw the nut flush with the end at the front end of the steering knuckle to protect the steering knuckle thread. Fill a pad with appropriate thickness between the steel plate spring and the steering knuckle, and tighten the two tire nuts pressed on the steel plate spring at the same time, taking advantage of the elasticity of the steel plate spring, The rolling mill bearings that are not too tight can be pulled outward. If the bearing cannot be removed, it can be hammered several times in the middle of the steel plate spring to generate vibration force, and then the nut can be tightened.
1. Before disassembly, it is necessary to clarify the relationship between INA imported bearings and related components: carefully observe the position of the bearings and the relationship between the related components, analyze the installation process and methods, and then develop the disassembly method and program.
2. Try not to disassemble if possible: For separated bearings, the inner and outer rings are usually fitted with interference fit. To ensure their fitting accuracy and shorten the repair period, try not to disassemble if possible.
3. Adopting scientific disassembly methods:
(1) When disassembling the journal, force should be applied to the inner ring, and when disassembling the rolling mill bearing on the bearing seat, force should be applied to the inner ring.
(2) When disassembling the inner or outer rings of bearings, the force should be balanced and uniform, and should not be skewed to prevent jamming.
(3) When disassembling INA imported bearings, it is not allowed to strike with broken objects. It must be disassembled using pressure or special disassembly tools. In some cases, copper bars or other soft metal pads can also be used to strike.

Excavator bearings play a crucial role in the production and maintenance of excavators. As a critical component, these bearings are responsible for supporting the load and enabling smooth rotation of various moving parts in the excavator, such as the boom, arm, and bucket.

Disassembly method of needle bearing
The knocking force is generally applied to the inner ring of the bearing, and the knocking force of the shielding machine room should not be applied to the rolling element and cage of the bearing. This method is simple and easy to operate, but it can easily damage the bearing. When the bearing is located at the end of the shaft, use a copper rod or other soft metal material smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing to support the shaft end, and add a cushion block to the lower part of the bearing. Gently tap with a hammer to remove it. When applying this method, attention should be paid to the appropriate position of the cushion blocks and the correct point of application.

Application of tapered roller bearings
Tapered roller bearings have tapered inner and outer raceways, with tapered rollers arranged between them. The projection lines of all conical surfaces converge at the same point on the bearing axis. This design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for bearing composite (radial and axial) loads. The axial load capacity of bearings is mostly determined by the contact angle α Determined; α The larger the angle, the higher the axial load capacity. The angle size is represented by the calculation coefficient e; The larger the e-value, the greater the contact angle, and the greater the applicability of the bearing to withstand axial loads.

The dismantling of bearings is a regular maintenance process, which is carried out during bearing replacement. After disassembly, if it is necessary to continue using or check the condition of the bearings, the disassembly should also be carried out with the same care as during installation. Pay attention not to damage the various parts of the bearing, especially the disassembly of interference fit bearings, which is difficult to operate.

Method for Adjusting the Radial Clearance of Cylindrical Roller Bearings
For multi oil wedge tilting bearing pads, it is not allowed to repair or scrape the pads. When the clearance is not suitable, the pads should be replaced. For pads with adjustable thickness, the amount of pads can be adjusted by adding a stainless steel pad under the adjustment block at the back of the pad, or by thinning the thickness of the adjustment block. Note that for multi oil wedge tilting bearing pads, the thickness error between the same set of pads should be less than 0.01mm.
